1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility: You may return T-shirts purchased from Crazy Tycoon within 7 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. To be eligible for a return, the T-shirt must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

1.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our Customer Support Team at crazytycoon23@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
• Pack the T-shirt securely in its original packaging or a similar protective packaging.
• Include a copy of the original packing slip or your order confirmation email.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.

1.3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Crazy Tycoon error or a defective product.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned T-shirt and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.

2.2. Refund Amount: The refund will include the purchase price of the returned T-shirt, minus any applicable shipping fees, if applicable. Please note that we do not refund the cost of the original shipping, unless the return is due to a Crazy Tycoon error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a T-shirt for a different size or design, please follow the return process as outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective T-shirt, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.
